We operate exclusively as authorized intermediaries, facilitating physical crude oil transactions under internationally accepted trade standards. Our role is limited to representing sellers and/or buyers, identifying and connecting verified counterparties, and supporting the coordination of transaction documentation.

MBANI Energy Trading, S.L. does not act as principal, does not purchase or sell commodities, and does not take ownership, custody, or control of any physical product. All transactions are executed directly between buyers and sellers.

All transactions are handled under strict KYC, AML and compliance frameworks, ensuring transparency, security and financial integrity.
